Attorney Drut works in the firm’s securities and corporate compliance department where she provides advisory and defense services in connection with securities and regulatory matters in the public exchanges and health care sectors.

Prior to joining us, Attorney Drut worked as an associate attorney Cravath, Swaine & Moore where she devoted her time to securities law.  She was subsequently recruited by Simpson Thacher & Bartlett where she continued to hone her craft and expand her knowledge and experience within the realm of corporate securities.
